How do I return an item?

Important: When accepting guns through an FFL holder, please inspect the gun BEFORE accepting the transfer. Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and we cannot take it back "as new" to give you a full refund.

Currently, we only accept returns on items that are damaged during shipping or found defective upon receipt. We apologize for the inconvenience.

STEPS TO RETURNING A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM:

1. Email or call us.

If you do find your item to be defective, do not ship it back without contacting us first. Many of our items are shipped directly from wholesalers and manufacturers, so we will not be able to confirm return of the item or issue a refund if shipped back to their location.

2. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund, depending on availability and preference.

3. PWGA will arrange to have the item picked up by UPS or USPS. Return shipping is free.

4. You have thirty days to request a refund. After that, returns will not be accepted.
